Pablo Decoder is a multitalented songwriter, instrumentalist, band lynchpin and electronic producer/remixer, DJ and MINIMAL KIDZ RECORDS label boss.
Originally Pablo landed on the shores of the UK back in 2002, hailing from the sunnier climes of Cadiz in Spain. He soon acquired a taste for Dj-ing, rocking dance-floors with his unique blend of electro and techno with an additional twist of funk shaken in for good measure.
Indeed in the last 12 months he has released a slew productions and remixes on a plethora of underground electronic labels from Champion, Dim Mak, Solid, Kitsune, Southern Fried, and Lot49 to Spirit Recordings, Big & Dirty, Azuli Records, Big In Ibiza and his own imprint MINIMAL KIDZ RECORDS
Current hot Pablo band project Decoder features a classic pop sensibility and a razor sharp electronic edge laced with a very British character. Decoder, now a newly formed rocking four-piece band will be performing live soon.
Also watch out for new electronic material under the banners The Minimal Kidz and the rather mysterious Klaus Müller
Pablo is also a multi talented instrumentalist, and plays acoustic, electric guitar, electric bass, double bass, keyboards plus he is a consummate drummer and enjoys pounding away on an enormous seven piece drum kit.
Pablo Decoder single ‘Blow’ was his debut on Spirit Recordings from early 2009, was Beatport track of the week and received spins from Belgium’s finest 2 Many Dj’s, one of the UK’s finest rock bands, The Whip and Canada’s Tiga amongst many others,
Having been described by DMC UK as the busiest man in dance, and as a confirmed lover of rock, electro AND techno his collaborations include: Tim Healey, Dylan Rhymes, Dirty Funker, Tim Healey, The Rogue Element, Meat Katie, Global Warning, Sharooz, and Losers.
