Not every electronic act has got to have a mission. “Free the world from whack music” – often heard in various biographies but this thought or something like that never crossed the minds of the two Berlin guys. “Everyone shall decide on their own which music on the Ipod or in the club attains ones happiness”. So the two Berliner dudes started five years ago without any idea of a mission, just willing to have fun. And that’s what you can watch while they are on stage. Positive tensions characterize their dj-sets. From wicked electro tunes via techno to house – everything finds its place in the action. “The main thing is that it’s grooving”. That seems to click/ catch on : Metropolises like Barcelona, Turin, Istanbul and Bangkok are on top of the tour plan. Even if they can’t show up in person, you can listen to their music played by others. Radio FM4 Vienna, Flux FM Berlin und BBC Radio1 London trust in their mixes or tracks and fellows like Malente, Mr. Flash or Kissy Sell Out play their tracks on their sets.
In October 2011 they completed the “5 Years The Sexinvaders Tour” successfully. Besides new releases in 2012 massive touring will appear on the agenda again. Even after five common years the two guys did not lose their motivation and freshness! So it looks like 2012 is not going to be a year with a mission but a successful year for The Sexinvaders!

Nicht jeder elektronische Act muss eine Mission haben. „Die Welt von schlechter Musik befreien“ – oft gehört in diversen Biografien, doch Dieses oder Ähnliches liegt den zwei Berlinern fern. „Soll doch jeder selbst entscheiden, mit welcher Musik auf dem iPod und im Club er glücklich wird“. So sind die zwei Berliner also vor fünf Jahren komplett missionslos angetreten und wollten einfach nur Spaß haben. Und den sieht man ihnen auf der Bühne an. Positive Spannungen prägen ihre DJ-Sets. Von satten Elektro Tunes über Techno zu House findet alles seinen Platz – „Hauptsache es grooved“. Und das kommt an: Metropolen wie Barcelona, Turin, Istanbul oder auch Bangkok stehen auf dem Tourplan der zwei Jungs. Und wenn sie mal nicht persönlich vor Ort sein können, so kann man ihre Musik zumindest von anderen Leuten gespielt hören. Radio FM4 Wien, Flux FM Berlin und BBC Radio1 London vertrauen immer wieder auf ihre Mixe oder Tracks und auch Kollegen wie Malente, Mr. Flash oder Kissy Sell Out spielen ihre Tracks in ihren Sets.
Im Oktober 2011 haben sie ihre „5 Years The Sexinvaders Tour“ erfolgreich abgeschlossen. Neben neuen Veröffentlichungen steht ab 2012 auch wieder massives Touren auf dem Plan. Auch nach fünf gemeinsamen Jahren haben die zwei weder Motivation noch Frische eingebüßt! So sieht alles danach aus, als ob 2012 wohl erneut ein missionsloses aber erfolgreiches Jahr für The Sexinvaders wird!
