Dummheit ist eine natürliche Begabung und davon scheinen David Bwoooi & Senior Carlos eine ganze Menge zu haben. Denn die zwei Jungs haben ihre Unbedarftheit in einen Topf geworfen und bilden gemeinsam das DJ- und Producer-Duo DUMME JUNGS. Neben Hanswursterei und Schabernack legen die Berliner ein Hardcore-Set hin, das Headbanging und Tanz-Pogo verspricht. Nicht umsonst schwärmen Künstler wie Cyberpunkers, Modek und Dirty Disco Youth von ihrem “epic sound” nachdem ihre Debut Single (checkt den Soundcloud-Player below) auf dem renomierten Techno Label OH MY GOD IT’s TECHNO MUSIC released wurde. Großes erwartet euch also diesen Samstag (17.12.11) im Club Gretchen, wenn die zwei Jungs massive Vibes aus ihren Turntables zaubern.

Zusammen mit den zwei Burschen wird auch was Feines aus unserem eigenen Hause serviert. Neben Digitate und aXLe wetzt sich unser neuester Pink-Pong-Zugang SchmitzKatze schonmal die Krallen. Im September hatte die junge Dame für uns ein Pink-Tape rausgebracht, das Lust auf mehr macht (checkt hier den MIX).
Wer es etwas housiger mag, der kann in der Box2 zu Sounds von Lars Moston, Lenz, M T Dancefloor und Jack Applewith die Füße wackeln lassen.

PINK TAPES MARCH 2011 by LENZ

Vielleicht noch nicht mit gutem Wetter, aber dafür mit guter Musik!
Wer auf dem einen oder anderen Pink-Pong Event war wird sich sicherlich noch an unseren schweizer Jung aus Zürich erinnern. Beeinflusst vom Techno der 90er gepaart mit den aktuellen Einflüssen aus Acid und Minimal kreiert er eine ganz eigene – seine Interpretation von Club Musik! Und das mit Erfolg. Mit seiner Leidenschaft für Musik und einem Händchen für die Tanzfläche schafft er es jedermann zum tanzen zu bringen.

of cuz we know fusion festival starts in 48 hours but there is also an option in berlin for those who can´t or won´t go there: fruehstart at mikz with some lovely djs from our artist collective (the sexinvaders, digitate and glideside). but not just these three berlin based acts will be on stage. we´ve booked the italian act schuster and schneider (myspace / facebook fansite) to play their first show in germany! after gigs in madrid, vienna and milan we should give theme a warm welcome in our lovely city. if you still think that´s not enough: there is one more reason to come: our good friend lenz from the zurich based dj duo los abstractos is going to play a techno set for you!

The family is at the moment totally into soccer and we believe Germany will win the worldcup for sure. Allthough we watching the games all day long we also working on some major changes. The website will get a refresh with some slight changes in typo, bigger sizes for bigger screen-resolutions and backend-improvements while waiting for the official wordpress 3 release.

The next really big thing is that we risk to step into the record-release-business. Yep – we are going to release the new album of Pablo Decoder which will be huge! We believe in it and you should too – just listen to this teaser on SoundCloud which should convince you of the talented mr. Decoder.

Finally we weren’t Pink-Pong if  we  wouldn’t have any party-news for you: Next week’s thursday (june 24th) is the day where Pink-Pong gonna host the Frühstart at Mikz (Revaler Str. 99). We proudly present Schuster & Schneider from Mailand next to The Sexinvaders, Glideside, Digitate & Lenz. For everybody who’s not familar with the new ‘Frühstart at Mikz‘ party-series should look at the poster which features all dates & read the german promo-text below (sorry, no english so far):
