Nokofilm did the video for the ‘Sometimes Lonely’ single which features some weird elements… it’s fun to watch and you will have a head full of keys, a singing lego monkey next to some trippy moments wrapped into a Berlin nightlife-story:

we are proud to say that on the 10th of septemper 2010 London‘s multi-talented Pablo Decoder presents Pink-Pong Records for the first time with his „Sometimes Lonely“ EP!

His last club single „Echoes In My Head“ stayed several weeks in the top20 of the German Dance Charts and a lot of international DJs are playing this hit in their sets.

All in all his new EP contains of eight tracks with remixes of the original versions of „Sometimes Lonely“ and „My Malibu Star“. The Pink-Pong crew members The Sexinvaders, Marvin Suggs and Pablo Decoder himself tackle their interpretations rather quiet, while Munich‘s Bobble comes around with a more electrofied version. The EP is completed by two groovy remixes by London‘s Blende and Zurich‘s producer Rich Reeves. Here’s the full tracklist:

This has been around for a while and I believe most of American moralists and media against it.

So worth checking out.

I suspect the reasons for the uproar and the reports
are not “drug” related but the entertainment industry realising that one of their secrets is out (mind manipulation with certain frequecies)
or just a distraction story designed to add more fear into parents

I think the idea is very clever but service seems to target a very young crowd who cant access the real shit..so it’s quite stupid really to pay for this shit.

With a little help from the internet, young people getting high off of “digital drugs,” NewsOK reports.

According to a News 9 segment, these “digital drugs” use “binaural, or two-toned, technology to alter your brain waves and mental state,” producing a “state of ecstasy” for the user. i-Dosers listen to these atonal tracks while sitting motionless with headphones on.

Studies have shown that the binaural beats do not chemically alter the brain, but educators and law officials are worried that i-Dosing could be a gateway “drug” to other illegal substances. The Oklahoma Bureau of Narcotics and Dangerous Drugs has taken an interest in the phenomenon. “The bigger concern is if you have a kid wanting to explore this, you probably have a kid that may end up smoking marijuana or looking for bigger things,” the Bureau’s spokesperson Mark Woodward told NewsOK.

I-Dosing tracks like “Gate of Hades” can be found on YouTube, but Wired.com reports that there are more “advanced” ways of exploring “i-Dosing:”

Those who want to get addicted to the “drugs” can purchase tracks that will purportedly bring about the same effects of marijuana, cocaine, opium and peyote. While street drugs rarely come with instruction manuals, potential digital drug users are advised to buy a 40-page guide so that they learn how to properly get high on MP3s.

Psychology Today counters that binaural beats have been used therapeutically to treat anxiety and does not consider i-Dosing a danger to kids. For example, the University of South Florida did a study examining whether the binaural beats could help those with ADHD focus, and, on the whole, no studies have yet shown that the beats “chemically alter the brain” in any way, writes NewsOK.

Should parents really be concerned? A website selling a “digital drug” CD promises that the recording is a “completely safe, non-addictive binaural beat” that will provide the listener with “an ultra-happy mood and an increased confidence.”

Watch NewsOK’s report on i-Dosing, and then tell me if you think this phenomenon is harmless or hazardous.

It’s been a crazy week @ Fusion festival, with lots of good music and great people who made this year @ Fusion very special for me.

Before I left I had already decided my ‘Songs for the deaf’ track for this week which is part of a soundtrack performed and written by an awesome band called The Seatbelts.

I came across this awesome track from a wicked Japanese Anime series named COWBOY BEBOP and i FUCKIN’ LOVE THIS!!!

Cowboy Bebop – Vitaminless (カウボーイビバップ ビタミンレス, Kaubōi Bibappu Bitaminresu) is the first mini-album. It features the end credits theme from the series, The Real Folk Blues.

Like many other commonly revisited motifs in the soundtracks, the track Spy is an alternative approach to You Make Me Cool, which appears on the No Disc album.

I highly recommend to watch this and here is the best track from this VITAMINLESS album for you to listen / download / enjoy..

The family is at the moment totally into soccer and we believe Germany will win the worldcup for sure. Allthough we watching the games all day long we also working on some major changes.
