New video and track of Flying Lotus from his newest longplayer Cosmogramma.
First of all I thought “ohhh nooo, please don’t show me the outer space anymore in an experimental & psychedelic track. There are too much of these artists using this vibe to visualize their music.” But then the video-makers aka Special Problems put in some sequences of a jump & run 8bit game which I liked a lot… You are thinking, okay… retro games are also nothing special in this genre but I like the combination and there also some other cool elements – It’s a greater journey as I thought of before into the fantastic sound-world of Flying Lotus.
